Doug Rae
Doug Rae has managed some of the largest open admission shelters around the US. Since 2014, Doug has been the Executive Director for the Humane Society of Fremont County. At Fremont Humane, he has consistently achieved the highest save rate for all of Colorado, while providing animal services to Fremont and Custer Counties.
Davyd Smith
Davyd Smith is the President of No Kill Colorado. No Kill Colorado has advocated for homeless pets in Colorado since 2011.
Kathy Gaines
Kathy Gaines is Assistant Executive Director at the premier medical focused shelter in Colorado, MaxFund Animal Adoption and Rehabilitation Center. MaxFund is Denver’s largest, No Kill shelter for cats and dogs.
